On the 14th May www.myspine.org was launched by the MP
Lembit Opik at the House of Commons. I was asked to attend
to talk with others who have also suffered a spinal injury.
Other celebrities attending were rugby Matt Hampson,
explorer Bear Grylls, champion jump jockey Richard
Dunwoody, Norwich city football player Dion Dublin - all
having suffered spinal injuries

Myspine.org aims to “provide vital support for those
affected by spinal cord injury.” Hopefully, many people
will find the site helpful and use it to talk to others
about their experiences.

I was pleased to be able to help and it was great to get a
chance to visit the House of Commons.
