Well after only 6 weeks with the help of my B&Q screws my break at the neck of my femur has repaired itself and it is now train, train, train to get back into riding with the British Squad. Hopefully I will be back ready to ride after my final check up on the 6th December.

My time has been well spent with interviews for major papers, Metro, Guardian, Times and Observer and had the privilege of doing a live interview on Eamon Holmes 5 Live Radio programme a couple of Saturdays ago, cheers guys for making me feel at ease.

Also the following week I was on Nuts TV at their studios in Battersea in the company of some fine young ladies !! and some great presenters,(Lyndsey and OJ) not forgetting meeting “World Superbike” Champion James Toseland (nice Guy) I was really looked after, thanks for the beers and the Thai Green Curry – what a night!
Recently I was in London with the British Squad at the Launch of the team in Leicester Square, hopefully with the hard work of SnowsportGB we will be able to find some potential sponsors to help fund the season.
Back home tomorrow and with the help of my personal trainer John from Kinetic and Paula my Physio, I will be on that flight on the 7th December to meet up with the rest of the team in Breckenridge.
I would like to take this opportunity of thanking my website designer Gary for all his hard work. Gary and his “worst half” Zoe are emigrating to Canada in a couple of weeks and we wish them well for their new life. (and of course there will always be a place to stay in Whistler !!!!). Good Luck guys, we will miss you.
Thanks also to all those who have wished me well during my recovery period.
Enjoy the season and lets hope for some big dumps.
Cheers
Sam
